Join us for a festive launch and information event for TYE (TiE Young Entrepreneurs) Oregon!

TYE Oregon is a unique program that helps high school students (grades 9-12) learn about the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. The curriculum will start in September 2014 and run through Spring 2015. Students will form teams and each team will work on creating a business concept while learning necessary skills through a progressive series of "Boot camp" sessions, lectures, discussions and hands-on activities in sessions on Sundays between Fall 2014 and Spring 2015. The program culminates in a Business Plan Competition in Spring 2015. Winners will go on to compete in the TYE Global Business Plan Competition in June!

For this launch event we will serve dinner, and feature speakers, information about the program, a hands-on activity, and there will be an opportunity to sign up students for the curriculum as well.
