I'm inviting everyone to a FREE whisky tasting, sponsored by Compass Box Whisky in honor of the WhiskyFest NW weekend. Event is in the main room at Voicebox Karaoke SE. No reservations/tickets needed.
Come taste world-award winning craft-whiskies, made by a master flavor designer (John Glaser, look 'im up) and the bottle design is also very cool/sexy/interesting. Robin Robinson, the US Brand Ambassador will be there to answer all your questions. Damn good stuff, I can attest. There's a lot of technology that goes into producing whisky, so it's not an event exclusively for whisky enthusiasts.
Meanwhile, we're going to have a bunch of whisky-themed songs lined up, so you can come sing in the main room with your friends and gawk at the original art at Voicebox by Souther Salazar. Talk about bar design while you pony up to try one of the three cocktails Compass Box is producing exclusively for the event.
We'll be raffling off a ticket to WhiskyFest NW and other great prizes. This is a fun event for general socializing, trying new things and having fun talking about all things design. We'll all be hanging around the tasting table. Can't miss us!
