This seminar will attempt to demystify some of these and other questions regarding sell-side M&A. Who should attend this event: Open only to CEOs or Presidents of currently operating companies that have employees. Boxed lunch will be served. This program is limited to 12 participants, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Speaker: Nitin Khanna, CEO, MergerTech Nitin Khanna, CEO, MergerTech, a boutique investment bank that facilitates mergers and acquisitions for technology companies with less than $100MM in revenue. Prior to MergerTech, Nitin was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Saber Corp. a Portland based national firm focused on providing technology solutions to government clients. Nitin started Saber in July 1998 and grew it to $120MM in revenues by 2007. The company was sold to EDS in December 2007 for $460MM. Currently he is very active in the Portland tech entrepreneurial community as an adviser, investor, mentor, and teacher.
