About Pinky Gonzales
Pinky Gonzales is an unusual character even by entertainment industry standards. After dropping out of high school twice and finding a way to land and lose nearly two-dozen jobs before his 21st birthday, he seemed to be on track to crash and burn both personally and professionally. Yet by age 30 he was a partner in a multi-million dollar digital services agency with clients including Kanye West, Beyoncé, Bon Jovi, Keith Urban, Robert Plant and Kevin Bacon, and Fortune 500 companies including Hershey's, General Motors and Kingsford Charcoal.
After selling the company to Ticketmaster in 2007, he went on to become an award-winning adjunct professor at Belmont University for his course in brand development and digital strategies, and has been an active investor and advisor to more than 25 startups throughout the country.
Gonzales is now bringing the lessons he has learned along the way to the public with a series of workshops and presentations that illuminate the art of personal branding, career development, community management, digital marketing and succeeding on your own terms.
