In the agile software development world many techniques exist to aid teams in constructing and organizing backlogs into sprints. But what about a collaborative technique to visualize the big picture between the vision and the product backlog? How do you support fixed milestones while still being agile? Roadmaps can help bridge the gap between the long term vision and the current sprint. So what are some best practices?
