Join Steve Davis of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as he explains the legal landscape for startups including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions.
Davis focuses his legal practice on business transactions and assisting public companies with their reporting obligations. He has more than ten years of business transactions experience, both as in-house corporate counsel and with two law firms.

Workshops are held January 28- April 16,2010, on Tuesdays 2-4 pm and Thursdays 6-8 pm at NedSpace Old Town– a full schedule of workshops & topics will be released January 26th at http://www.portlandten.com/skills.
