Do you often consider the underlying motives behind your small business, website, open source project, discussion group, visual arts, nonprofit, startup, or any other kind of work? We're working together to develop phrasing for our vision plans that describes the reason we're doing whatever it is we're doing. However, instead of or usual fifteen minute, one-on-one coaching sessions, we'll be focusing on one presenter, Cheri Anderson!
Cheri Anderson does holistic coaching for small businesses and startups as well as executive coaching for Nike. She's a familiar face here, having coached two previous sessions, and will be introducing an important concept, "What is my vision?" We will have a brief meet-and-great before Cheri is introduced and we began to answer that question. It'll be fun working in groups to refine each other's statements and in the end have a completed vision statement.
Past presenters have been: Mark Grimes (NedSpace), Catherine Poole (social services & e-textiles) and Russ Finkelstein (formerly Idealist Portland). Come mentor and be mentored by various professionals from UX consultants to sculptors - for free!
Third Mondays: 7-9pm
Please RSVP. Plancast is best, so people can see you're coming.
