Business Design Lab
Business Design Lab is about 1600 sq feet of open space with two adjoining conference rooms. The space is used as a co-working style office space. Its furnished with several desks, work tables, and 25 office chairs. More than 25 people can easily fit with temporary chairs or standing. Parking is easy with 8 onsite spaces and lots of street parking. Walking distance to the Max, Ava Roasteria, restaurants, and the Beaverton Library.

We are discussing business formation this week. The type of business organization you pick affects how investors see you, how your profits are taxed, and how much liability is passed through to the founders. I'll spend a few minutes giving the legal perspective of the different types of business entities as well as some tax planning considerations. I've personally run each type of business entity over the years for my ventures. I'll give my personal opinions on how they work in reality. I look forward to hearing your thoughts, too.
