Do you use C++? Are you writing an operating system, an autonomous multi-agent system, a video game, or just hacking on a Raspberry Pi? Stuck on a problem and need another point of view? Meet up with fellow developers to learn and share tips and tricks of the trade and find out what local C++ projects are happening. All skill levels are welcome.

IMPORTANT: Because many members have conflicting holiday schedules, rather than the third Tuesday of the month, we are meeting this coming Tuesday, the 13th.

For our July meeting, we're very pleased to be hosting special guest Jon Kalb! Jon recently co-authored "C++ Today: The Beast is Back", and will be presenting his talk, "When Performance Counts: C++ in the 21st Century" in a special session just for PDXCPP!

We'll be meeting up to learn a bit more about some of the inner workings of C++ with Thomas Marshall doing a presentation on SWIG, the Simplified Wrapper and Interface Generator. Afterward we'll have some semi-structured discussion.
