    Pitch Oregon is TiE Oregon’s marquee event, attracting over 200 attendees each year. Entrepreneurs from all around Oregon travel to Portland to pitch for a prize package and overall cash prize in the following categories:

    Join us on January 22nd for the 3rd annual TAO Launch Party! Learn about all the exciting things TAO has planned for 2015 & mingle with the all the folks that make TAO possible.     About Treasurer Wheeler Since being appointed and then elected in 2010, he directed efforts to implement money-saving technologies, strengthened access to data, authorized fraud lawsuits against firms that misled investors, earned an upgrade in Oregon’s credit rating, and revamped the Oregon 529 College Savings Network with lower costs and more options for families.

    The Treasurer oversees more than $70 billion in public assets including the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund, affecting more than 300,000 public employees including teachers and public safety workers. The office also administers the state’s public debt sales and central banking for government agencies.
