ThursdayApr 25 2013OEN CEO Roundtable with Nitin Khanna: Demystifying the Sell-Side M&A Process
The largest wealth-creating event for an entrepreneur is often the sale of his or her company. However, the process by which this sale happens is often a mystery to most entrepreneurs that we talk to.
Are companies bought or sold? How do other entrepreneurs come to this decision? What experts do you need on your team? How is a buyer found? What happens in due diligence? Most entrepreneurs do not have good answers or clarity for these and other questions about the M&A process. This seminar will attempt to demystify some of these and other questions regarding sell-side M&A.
Who should attend this event:
Open only to CEOs or Presidents of currently operating companies that have employees. Boxed lunch will be served. This program is limited to 12 participants, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
