Simple tweaks you need to sound good at your next gig.

This workshop will show you everything you need to make your live performances sound good with whatever sound equipment is on-hand. We’ll cover how to connect and troubleshoot a sound system, techniques to reduce feedback and improve clarity, and how to adjust your stage set-up to overcome common problems.

This workshop will focus on learning by doing. If you’re a musician who performs on an instrument, bring your instrument to the class and be ready to perform as part of the learning experience. We’ll focus on real-world sound set-ups which you’re likely to encounter in smaller clubs and when you are in charge of sound reinforcement for a small gig.
