White Stag Block (University of Oregon)

At its core, BPM is a management discipline. While the vendor landscape is dominated by fancy methodologies and flashy technologies, it's the people inside an organization which really make or break process management. This discussion will introduce the set of specialized process roles found on the Org Charts of companies most successful in implementing and sustaining BPM.

Denis Lee is an independent Business Architect and Business Process Management Consultant. He serves on the board of both ABPMP International and ABPMP Portland.

Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP.org) The Association of Business Process Management Professionals is a non-profit, vendor independent professional organization dedicated to the advancement of business process management concepts and its practices. ABPMP is practitioner-oriented and practitioner-led. The mission of the ABPMP is to engage in activities that promote the practice of business process management, has developed a Common Body of Knowledge in this field, and to contribute to the advancement and skill development of professionals who work in this discipline.
