Cory Althoff, author of The Self-Taught Programmer: The Definitive Guide to Programming Professionally, and a developer advocate at Vonage, will discuss his experience as a self-taught programmer, the community he started, and his thoughts on coding boot camps and why people should consider enrolling in them.

Cory will also host an introductory workshop focusing on APIs (application programming interface).
