The theme of September’s virtual Happy Hour is "What the F?!" because honestly, what the actual F?</p> <p>Things have been hard for awhile now, and one thing remains true: we need to be flexible. PDXWIT and host Zapproved have determined that it's not yet safe to come together. We strongly believe that the safety of our community comes before anything else. So while we won’t meet in-person, we do have some added surprises for all who attend virtually.</p> <p>Our speakers will explore this theme of Flexibility and why it has never been so important professionally and personally.</p> <p>We will have a version of our Recruiter Roll Call, where local recruiters and hiring managers will share open positions at their companies. And as always, we will have recruiters available to connect about jobs via our Virtual Job Seekers Lounge in Slack.</p> <p>For those of you looking to network, we’ll have on-camera opportunities as well as in the chat.</p> <p>We will have ASL interpretation and live closed captioning throughout.
