Everyone is welcome whether you have years of programming / tech experience or just a few pictures of dirty bike lanes and broken sidewalks. We'll look at pdxreporter, 823-safe data, and other public data (orcycle, nearlykilled.me, etc.)</p> <p>This month we'll be looking at jurisdictional boundaries and election results throughout the metro area. Bikeway connections to Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Gresham, etc all go through county and ODOT jurisdictions, leaving disjoint maintenance schemes, besides bike lanes that end at city limits.
