For the second installment of PDXWIT Women in Technology in the Creative Industry sponsored by Portland Ad Federation, we are focusing on Lessons in Failure.
We all fail at some point, but what matters most is if you learn from it, right?
Join us for a night of storytelling from a group of innovative women in the tech & creative industries. They will share not only their failures, but how they grew from them. It will surely be an evening of inspiration.
Panelists for the evening will be:
Lynn Le - Founder of Society Nine
Eugenie Jolivett Fontana
Paige Hudson - Creative Director at Struck
Agenda:
5:30 p.m. - Door open / Networking
6:00 p.m. - Introduction
6:15 p.m. - Panel Begins
7:15 p.m. - Panel ends / Q&A starts
7:30 p.m. - Event ends

Purpose:
PDXWIT is a community-based non-profit organization. Our purpose is to strengthen the Portland women in tech community by offering educational programs, partnerships, mentorships, resources and opportunities. We are unifying a supportive environment for current and potential women in tech, all of whom are committed to helping each other. Our goal is to bring together and empower women in tech and to encourage others to pursue tech careers. This is our step towards reducing the gender imbalance in the industry and addressing the current negative effects of that imbalance on women.
Our events are inclusive. ALL people who support our purpose are welcome.
