We're on the 11th floor, come on up. Non-members park bikes outside the building. Paid car parking is connected to the building, and a SmartPark is two blocks away near Target. Located on SW 10th and Washington, between Target and Powell's, on the big block of food carts. We're on the Streetcar line, a block from the Red and Blue MAX lines, and a 5-minute walk from the Green, Yellow, Orange lines.

Come work and have conversations at Collective Agency's new Downtown location (511 SW 10th Ave, Suite 1108, opens August 1st), and join an optional lunch (we'll get it at the big block of food carts outside).
Members, come as usual, and you can bring guests, it'll be the same for you as it is every day but with more people here.
There are 2 requirements for people here free: First, RSVP (before you come) with: your name, what time you expect to be here, what you’ll be working on (you can include a link to a website or social media), and what you’re looking for.
Then while you’re here in the workplace, you’ll find ways to talk with at least 2 people here for at least 30 minutes total. And most of the time you'll be working on something.
Schedule: 9am: Open for free. 12pm: Optional potluck lunch. 5pm: End of Open House.
People here for free will have access to everything except: locker storage and can make short phone calls in the conference rooms (up to 30 minutes; members get 3 hours per day). You can come in groups of up to 14 people but everybody has to qualify and do the actions described above. There are no age restrictions.

P.S. We've been open exactly 6 years and this is the start of a 7-year lease. If you want to bring artwork/paintings or plants for our Downtown or Division locations, that'd be great!
