This plan is intended to galvanize collective action to address opportunities and gaps within the Tech talent pipeline. As an employer within this industry, you are invited to participate and celebrate this effort with our Tech Talent Strategy Plan Launch Party!</p> <p>Why you should attend:</p> <p>-Gather with like-minded peers to discover the priorities of solutions to regional talent issues.</p> <p>-Learn about resources and investments from the public workforce system.</p> <p>-Not to mention the event will include drinks, food and great conversation.</p> <p>This effort is not only a regional effort among our local workforce boards, it has drawn the support of our industry association, and economic development entities. The Tech Talent Strategy Plan is action-oriented, outcomes-focused, and is developed by you and your industry peers.</p> <p>The Columbia-Willamette Workforce Collaborative (CWWC) is a partnership between the Clackamas Workforce Partnership, Workforce Southwest Washington and Worksystems: the three Workforce Development Boards covering the Portland-Vancouver Metropolitan Area.
