Traditional metrics can give an incomplete or misleading view of how well a team is actually delivering. Story points can also be misleading, as it's easy to inflate story sizes to game the metric.</p> <p>So what's a worthwhile metric to use for judging how well a team is doing, and most importantly, how well the team is improving?
