In fact, research into them is hotter than ever before. As electronics shrink and use less power, batteries improve, and developers are learning how to code for these devices, the dominos are all set for a second smart glasses revolution.</p> <p> </p><p>Healthcare is hot on these devices for proctoring, hands free EHRs, and trauma situations. Educators are using smart glasses to remotely teach, and allow students to visit virtually different times and places.
