Prior to MergerTech, Nitin was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Saber Corp. a Portland based national firm focused on providing technology solutions to government clients. Nitin started Saber in July 1998 and grew it to $120MM in revenues by 2007. The company was sold to EDS in December 2007 for $460MM.
