I noticed that the PyLadies SFO are doing meetups for folks to attend a Intro to Python programming Coursera class: http://www.meetup.com/PyLadiesSF/events/81327512/
It would be super cool to do a Portland version of this. The course starts on Oct 15th. I would be willing to ask my employer for meeting space, but first I want to see if people are interested.
For the meetup:

* Come with your questions!
* Think about whether you'd like to host a Girl Scout troop that's interested in meeting women who program. :) |
