In December 20 12 ARTS explored MIDI-based applications and concepts such as controlled drum synthesis\, sequencing\, and sampling. \;\n \;\nTom Moxon\, an experienced MIDI instrument design engineer\, will explore MIDI prot ocol design and development history\, technical operation\, and MIDI mas ter/slave relationships. Tom Moxon will share his personal design and de velopment experience creating commercial MIDI instrument products. \ ;\n \;\nParticipation: Attendees are encouraged to bring their favori te electronic music tracks and discuss what makes them great.
