He began is transportation plannin g career volunteering at TriMet working directly with the HR department where he served as a volunteer translator and helped recruit Latinx empl oyees. \;\n \;\nFollowing his degree from Claremont McKenna Colle ge\, Quincy engaged in post bac work at Berkeley in Sustainability and t he Built Environment and City and Regional Planning. He won best researc h in Human Rights from the Mgrublian Center for Rights and was Claremont McKenna's first Mellon Mays undergraduate fellow\, a fellowship for min ority students interested in becoming PhD professors. \;\n \;\nHi s research has consistently focused on creating sustainable and equitabl e planning and programming that support and involve people of color\, pe ople with disabilities\, and low income residents.
