Us e tactic cards to protect information and prevent violations\, and ultim ately\, avoid the consequences on your product when it is released. Play cooperatively (and try to earn 'not consequences' for the team) or comp etitively (and try to earn less consequences than other players). \;\ n \;\nThe game was developed by R. Jason Cronk\, author of "\;Str ategic Privacy by Design"\;. He spoke to our group about privacy by design (PbD) back in May of 2017 and is back in town for another visit. Come out for an evening of fun with other privacy-minded people\, and te st your skills at designing with privacy in mind! \;\n \;\n \;\ nSpeaker bio: \;\n \;\nWith more than fifteen years of experience in the Information Technology industry and as a licensed attorney in Flo rida\, Robert Jason Cronk is a creative and analytical thinker\, able to traverse the realms of business\, law\, and technology. In 2004\, while working in the information security department of Verizon\, Mr. Cronk d ecided to make his long standing personal interest in information privac y a career choice. In 2006\, he entered Florida State University School of Law where he focused his research on privacy law issues\, including a uthoring a white paper on the intersection of privacy and public records for the Florida First Amendment Foundation. After graduating\, with hon ors\, he earned his CIPP/US\, was admitted to practice in Florida and ha s become an active member of the privacy professionals community through his involvement in the International Association of Privacy Professiona ls. He has since been awarded the Certified Information Privacy Technolo gist (CIPT)\, Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Fellow of Information Privacy designations by the IAPP. In October of 2018\, he r eleased his first book\, "\;Strategic Privacy by Design"\; and h as developed a corresponding game. \;\n \;\nMr. Cronk currently wr ites\, blogs and speaks on topics such as privacy and data security law\ , privacy by design\, privacy engineering\, privacy enhancing technologi es (PETs)\, digital currencies\, and privacy in public records.
