  Project Presentations Event. Collaboration\, support\, and the ability 
 to clearly communicate about your project are critical factors for succe
 ss. The brainchild of Nathan Keene and Abeer Eltanawy\, this event is de
 signed to:&#13\;\n&#13\;\nIntroduce new ideas within our community&#13\;
 \nFind solutions to project challenges&#13\;\nEncourage networking and c
 ollaboration&#13\;\nImprove presentation skills&#13\;\nCreate access to 
 mentors&#13\;\nProvide a safe space to learn and grow&#13\;\nHelp you ac
 celerate your project&#13\;\n&#13\;\nWho is it for?&#13\;\n&#13\;\nMembe
 rs with a coding\, hacking or maker project seeking a supportive audienc
 e to provide potential solutions to challenges\, constructive questions 
 and feedback. Please apply!.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nMembers with a pet project o
 n the back burner (or the front one!) who would like to present\, discus
 s and gain traction? Come on out and share it! &#13\;\n&#13\;\nFolks int
 erested in hearing about innovative projects and providing helpful audie
 nce feedback. Join us!&#13\;\n&#13\;\nHow does it work?&#13\;\n&#13\;\nH
 ere’s the scoop:&#13\;\nThe event starts with 15 minutes of networking. 
 We will also encourage you to reconvene informally at the end.&#13\;\n3 
 projects will be selected for presentation.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nEach project 
 presenter has a total of 20 minutes for their project (10 minutes to pre
 sent\, 10 minutes for brainstorming challenge solutions and receiving fe
 edback). Presentations will be timed.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nPresenters have the
  option of a free one hour presentation coaching session with Tambre Lei
 ghn\, a certified high performance coach who specializes in training exp
 erts in the medical\, research\, and technology sectors to present power
 fully and with ease.&#13\;\n &#13\;\nHow do I apply to present?&#13\;\n&

 ofit organization. Our purpose is to strengthen the Portland women in te
 ch community by offering educational programs\, partnerships\, mentorshi
 ps\, resources and opportunities. We are unifying a supportive environme
 nt for current and potential women in tech\, all of whom are committed t
 o helping each other. Our goal is to bring together and empower women in
  tech and to encourage others to pursue tech careers. This is our step t
 owards reducing the gender imbalance in the industry and addressing the 
 current negative effects of that imbalance on women.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nOur
