 by Name.com\, arbitrary and often hilarious. &#13\;\nStep 3: Teams have 
 just two hours to come up with a functioning site inspired by that domai
 n. The team builds the most creative and fun idea for the domain wins.&#
 13\;\n&#13\;\nParticipants will be judged on four criteria: (1) function
 ality\, (2) design\, (3) humor\, and (4) creative domain name interpreta
