 #13\;\nBoth approaches have pros and cons\, but some code frameworks mak
 e it easy to produce websites that look and feel close to a native app b
 y making use of HTML5 and CSS3.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nRecently WebMD wanted to 
 make a user’s Personal Health Record available in a mobile friendly mann
 er. This talk will go over the key points which drove us to use the jQTo
 uch framework over native apps\, and it will go into technical detail sh
 owing how this framework allowed for a very fast and clean implementatio
