     Two topics that I will be prepared to discuss for a few minutes &#13
 \;\n      will be:&#13\;\n           -  Subsistence Computing &#13\;\n  
             How to do good computing on a low budget.&#13\;\n           
 -  Could we lose the internet to Government and Corporate&#13\;\n       
        interests?&#13\;\n&#13\;\n     AND YES - We are looking for speak
