The competition is for Oregon and Southwest Washington seed-stage companies who are see king capital within the range of $100\,000 to $2\,000\,000. One winner f rom each preliminary round will move on to a championship round\, where a finalist will earn a coveted presenting opportunity at OEN's Angel Ore gon\, the premier angel investing event in the Northwest. \;\n \;\ nNine presenting companies in total will be selected to compete in the 2 009-2010 Seed Oregon tournament. Each will have 10 minutes to present th eir concept to the PubTalk audience\, followed by a 10 minute Q&\;A s ession.
