 ing in Universities and Colleges across North America and provide inform
 ation about the Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)TM certifi
 cation.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nSpeaker Bio:&#13\;\n&#13\;\nAs Chair of the CBOKT
 M Maintenance Committee\, Sandra Lusk is responsible for collecting feed
 back from the BPM community\, leading the editorial committee and coordi
 nating the approved changes for future releases. She is also a key contr
 ibutor to the CBOKTM&#13\;\n&#13\;\nAssociation of Business Process Mana
 gement Professionals&#13\;\n&#13\;\nThe Association of Business Process 
 Management Professionals is a non-profit\, vendor independent profession
 al organization dedicated to the advancement of business process managem
