Unfortunately\, those th ings *do* happen here\, often in the shadows\, but those involved don’t know whom to tell or where to go. \;\n \;\nAt this year’s summer s oiree\, our theme is dedicated to openly discussing how we can change th e Portland tech culture to be more inclusive\, moving away from the bro- culture\, and discussing how this community and our allies can work toge ther to make the Portland tech scene a more welcoming place for all.
