Girls in Tech Speed Mentorships
Oregon Convention Center

A two-hour mentorship workshop for girls that starts with an overview of the speed mentoring process by Ivo Lukas, Chief Innovation Officer of Girls in Tech.

After the introduction, we'll start the Speed Mentoring Rounds. Each mentee will meet one-on-one with up to four Mentors for 15 minutes.

Bring the following:

Your elevator pitch
2-3 questions you would like help in answering
Business cards to give to each Mentor

The purpose of speed mentoring is to get feedback on your strengths and professional challenges from an industry expert - it's an efficient and effective way to learn, connect and network.

When you arrive, sign up for time slots so you can meet and learn from the Mentors. First come first served!

ABOUT GIT: The Girls in Tech MENTORSHIP Program was developed to provide integrated, engaging and educational high-touch workshops for young girls ages K-12, women in colleges/universities and working professionals. In an effort to encourage girls to enjoy, embrace and understand the importance of math, tech and science at a young age, we are building the curriculum which will enable girls to learn the basic skills, software programs and gain entrepreneurial exposure to become leaders within their communities, academia and in their future careers in the tech space.
