Ruby installation, Managing multiple versions of ruby (chruby vs rbenv), Github configuration, and "Hello World" ruby style.

Come get your environments set up, your questions answered and a (really basic) introduction to ruby syntax. If you do not have a laptop, Epicodus has agreed to allow us to use their computers after this class, but you should still pair up with someone with a computer so you know what you are doing when you get to your own machine.
