The 2017 BEST FEST will explore how cutting edge innovations in Advanced Manufacturing, Energy, Water, Natural Resources, IoT, Agriculture and Food can make a positive impact on the planet while also growing the Oregon economy. Our signature event – known as the Pacific Northwest’s premier cleantech innovation conference – is about learning, inspiring, networking, sharing ideas, and shaping a better, more sustainable future. BEST FEST convenes a diverse audience of entrepreneurs, investors, partners, corporates, university researchers, students, and scientists – all of whom share the common goal of accelerating solutions to environmental challenges and want to create opportunities to engage.

Join us to kick off The CleanWeb’s entry into Portland, brainstorming the schedule of speakers, events and venues we want to host during this coming year. Ravi Mikkelsen will share the vision and mission for The CleanWeb, a growing network of sustainability startups, accelerators, and investors. Jason will introduce himself, his Portland-based startups, the Sustainabilist and Sustainable Conferences, and more importantly we'll get to meet each other!

There will be a short talk on how to apply mass-production methodologies to the installation of solar.
