This presentation will provide a case study of bringing requirements management and other related process improvemen ts to a legacy software product — one which has been successful for over twenty years. \;\n \;\nA cross-functional team of management unde rtook a project to improve significantly the processes related to requir ements. This presentation describes the lessons learned while undertakin g this project. Among these are: \;\n• A good implementation start is essential. Outside consultants are useful. Fully involve all stakeholde rs. \;\n• Different audiences have different needs.
