DESCRIPTION:As agile practitioners our role is to encourage individuals a
 nd organizations to practice the values of transparency and communicatio
 n. In our journeys we may find that honesty\, integrity and transparency
  are easier to do through conversations with individuals rather than ope
 n dialogue across organizational units. We need to find tools and techni
 ques to live into these values and inspire leaders on how to manifest ho
 nesty and openness in every conversation not just the individual ones. C
