DESCRIPTION:Over the last few years\, we’ve had the chance to host many e
 vents that expose founders to an alternative universe where companies th
 ey’ve been told can’t be built without massive amounts of VC funding are
  thriving with little\, to no\, outside investment. We often start these
  events by warning attendees that they won’t be able to unsee what they’
 re about to see. Many leave these events with a whole new perspective on
  not only what is possible\, but why limiting exposure the traditional v
 enture business model is beneficial for founders\, employees and the cul
 tures and values they’re hoping to embody with their businesses.&#13\;\n
 &#13\;\nRather than write another blog post or clever FAQ\, we wanted to
  bring that same in-person experience to those considering investment fr
 om Indie.vc.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nOver the next 2 months\, we’ll be embarking 
 on a tour of most major metros in the US (we tried picking towns that we
 re a short-ish road trip away from just about anywhere). Our goal with t
 hese info sessions is to share our experiences and motives directly with
  the Indie-curious. They are open to founders interested in taking inves
 tment from Indie.vc and Angels/Funds interested in funding companies the
  way we do. We’re planning to have some founders we’ve backed\, and foun
 ders who’ve built and scaled profitable businesses\, join us for these e
 vents to answer questions and share their experiences embracing the valu
