 w job can be a stressful proposition. It is hard to know what to expect 
 and even harder to prepare for it. Each company evaluates its candidates
  differently. Luckily\, some upfront investment and preparation can real
 ly go a long way in helping you distinguish yourself from the rest of th
 e candidates. In this seminar guided by an engineering leader at Element
 al\, we will cover some common interviewing practices for technical inte
 rviews and what you may be able to do to get ready. We plan to cover man
 y beneficial topics:&#13\;\n&#13\;\n&#13\;\n• Morning preparation\, atti
 re\, mindset&#13\;\n&#13\;\n• Preparation for the non-technical parts&#1
 3\;\n&#13\;\n• How to study for the coding interview&#13\;\n&#13\;\n• Ho
 w to execute the coding test&#13\;\n&#13\;\n&#13\;\nThe technical parts 
 covered by this training are targeted towards Software Development (SDE)
  roles\, but Software Management (SDM) and Technical Program Manager (TP
 M) candidates may also find it beneficial. This is primarily a training 
 event\, note that recruiting managers and recruiters may not be present.
