DESCRIPTION:For this meetup I will be discussing how to interface Amazon
Web Services with IoT devices\, Specifically the AWS IoT Core services.
This will be a small group lecture to determine interest in the topic fo
r a bigger demonstration if feasible. This two hour lecture will cover h
ow simple embedded devices like the ESP8266 and Raspberry Pi can send da
ta to AWS core and then what kind of workflow is typical for IoT within
the AWS Cloud (DynamoDB\, S3\, QuickSight etc.) with the data. The lectu
re roughly follows my course on Udemy which explores the topic more exte
 nsively with hands-on labs.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nhttps://www.udemy.com/explori
ng-aws-iot&#13\;\n&#13\;\nThis will be a free lecture with limited space
rather than our typical hands-on workshop due to time and space constra
ints. If it proves popular I will plan a bigger and longer\, hands-on wo
rkshop. We are not affiliated with Amazon or Hackster.\n\nTags: AWS IoT
