As a resul t of the recent Presidential election\, many of our members raised their fears and concerns regarding what negative impacts may arise in our com munities\, cities and nation. We are coming together to create art inspi red by inclusion and love\, while we discuss what's next\, including how we can organize ourselves to provide support for those that need it. 3\;\n \;\nWe will kick off the event at 5pm with food and Meg Aul\, t he PDXWIT Event Activities Director\, will begin the art project. Megan Bigelow will lead the discussion beginning at 5:30. Feel free to arrive at anytime. \;\n \;\nPDXWIT is a community-based non-profit organi zation. Our purpose is to strengthen the Portland women in tech communit y by offering: educational programs\, partnerships\, mentorships\, resou rces and opportunities. We are unifying a supportive environment for cur rent and potential women in tech\, all of whom are committed to helping each other. Our goal is to bring together and empower women in tech and to encourage others to pursue tech careers.
