Without data management functions the data management prog ram is haphazard\, and without effective communication the data manageme nt program is obscured. These three process are\, in essence\, the “Locu s of Cultural Change” - challenges to As–Is accountabilities\, decision s and habits. It is important to know\, how the data governance and data quality process simplifies the implementation of this cultural change a nd assists in implementing data management strategy.
