 quired.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nWho's hosting?&#13\;\nThe Privly Foundation will 
 organize this and future TA3M Portland events. Puppet Labs is generously
  providing space. Gliph is providing free refreshments for attendees.&#1
 3\;\n&#13\;\nEvent Description&#13\;\n&#13\;\nWe'll be chatting with Jam
 es Vasile. James directs the Open Internet Tools Project\, which support
 s development of anti-censorship and anti-surveillance tools. He is a pa
 rtner at Open Tech Strategies\, which advises organizations and business
 es as they navigate the open-source world. He is also a Senior Fellow at
  the Software Freedom Law Center\, where he acts as a strategic advisor 
 on a range of free software efforts.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nJames has helped boo
 t up a number of free software organizations\, including the FreedomBox 
 Foundation\, Open Source Matters\, and the Software Freedom Conservancy.
  His FreedomBox work has been recognized by an Innovation Award at Conta
 ct Summit 2011\, as well as an Ashoka ChangeMaker’s award for Citizen’s
