DESCRIPTION:Being a ScrumMaster is not a role for the faint of heart. Eff
ective ScrumMasters use a combination of natural talent\, common sense\,
  insight\, observation technique\, and--well\, let's admit it\, luck to
help teams sustainably use Scrum to reliably deliver business value. But
the standard two-day training course doesn't fully prepare us for what
 lies ahead.&#13\;\n&#13\;\nIn this talk\, subtitled\, &quot\;What I Wis
 h I Knew Before I Became a ScrumMaster\,&quot\; experienced and newer Sc
rumMasters(or anyone who wants to help a team succeed and deliver) disco
ver and share non-obvious insights into what a ScrumMaster can do to hel
p their teams grow into great teams -- and learn a valuable technique.&#
13\;\n&#13\;\nThis event is free and is at our new location\, Puppet Lab
 s. It begins at 6:30 pm with pizza\, sponsored by PNSQC (Many thanks to
both Puppet Labs and PNSQC for supporting agile in Portland).&#13\;\n&#
13\;\nThe program starts at 7:00 pm. &#13\;\n&#13\;\nAfter the program y
ou're invited to join us for a no-host gathering at a nearby brewpub for
  further discussion. &#13\;\n\n\nTags: agile\, agile tune-up\, agilepdx\
