 iana Larsen will describe the six collaboration skills teams need and sh
 ow techniques to get them active in your team.\n\nSpeaker Bio\nDiana Lar
 sen is known in the software industry for conducting project retrospecti
 ves and transitioning groups to Agile processes.  She is one of the foun
 ders of FutureWorks Consulting\, LCC where she consults with leaders and
  teams to create work processes where innovation\, inspiration\, and ima
 gination flourish. With more than fifteen years of experience working wi
 th technical professionals\, Diana brings focus to the human side of org
 anizations\, teams and projects. \n\nDiana co-authored Agile Retrospecti
 ves: Making Good Teams Great! She publishes articles and write occasiona
 l blog posts at “Partnerships and Possibilities”. Current chair of t
 he Agile Alliance Board of Directors\, she co-founded the “Agile Open 
 Northwest” conference and the international “Retrospective Facilitat
