 as developed in his 20 years as a programmer\, consultant\, manager\, execu
 tive and small business owner. This passion has led him to the new crop of 
 "agile" software development processes such as XP and Scrum. Wayne is a reg
 ular speaker both nationally and internationally on the topic of agile soft

 follow the Agile software development process. The current agile developmen
 t project for which he is managing the QA team\, requires integration and t

 d has nearly 14 years experience working with teams and organizations to de
